App**** for a Upgrade with order number, just to get told they never received anything
<p>I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for the past 7 years. I am disgusted at the level of service that I got this year. I upgrade every 2 years around this time and this is the 1st time ever that I have app**** for a contract upgrade, received an order number but no SMS and after waiting the allotted time phone Vodacom for an hour. Where numerous phone operators keep passing me around till I eventually loose my temper. Eventually one of the Vodacom operators took my order number (This one actually waited for me to finish reading the number before telling me, no she can't help me) just to be told the order was received and never processed. To process the order now they need to cancel the application which will take 72 hours before I can apply again. So instead of having a working phone the beginning of the year I will need to battle Vodacom's so called customer care before I can contact any relative or customer in the new year. Thank you, Vodacom.</p>

So 6 months down the line. No phone No help beign charged for the contract and got roped into a 2 year contract with no one contacting me or assisting me due to a problem on their system. I have no idea how to proceed with this. I have phoned consultant after consultant and every time the only message I get is a sales consultant will contact you. So please some one! any one who is willing to help a customer that has been with vodacom most his life. Help me please. I want to cancel my contract I bought a phone cash from takealot since I was not getting assistance from vodacom and they repeated my contract due to their system fault. Pleae help.
