Application Turnaround Time of Over 1 Week
I am trying to open a new line with Vodacom. I sent through all the needed documents last week, Friday 19th of August. Turnaround time should have been 24 to 48 hours asper you mail. I have still not received any feedback regarding my application. When calling, the person who handled the case, Malaika Sheriff, is never available. I need to know what the status of my application is asap.
