Application for contract

After trying to get a response on my application I asked for the person who called after publishing the review to email me because I do not have a working phone hence the application for the contract phone. Well, sad to say that I have been waiting to be contacted via the alternative method since they don't want to give me or refer me to a vodacom agent to assist me. A little assistance would do you know, not only because of a bad review.
