Application For 2 additional lines

On Saturday 24 October I went to the local Vodacom store in Vryburg, Norman's, to require 2 additional lines for my 2 kids on a promotion package. The owner tried to link the lines to my current account/contract, which I have for 15 years. He then advised me that he cannot do the deal for me as my account have been transferred to a new system \3D"which vodacom have implemented"
