I app**** for a transfer of ownership at the Vodacom customer care center in Gateway at Umhlanga, after being referred from the Vodashop in the same mall. I submitted all my documents and I've been told it would take 2-7 days. Now after more than two weeks my account has still not been transfered.

When I call the customer care at Gateway the tell me that they only do repairs and that I must call 082 111 for general customer care. I call the general customer care various times, but they told me I must visit the shop because only the personnel that help me can address this matter seeing that it's a walk-in service center.

But in the meanwhile I have returned to Pretoria where I stay and is therfor unable to visit the customer care back in Umhlanga as no other center in the can help me except the Umhlanga outlet.

My problem is that after a week of phoning ever help center and beeing referred dozens of times, their is no way on earth for me to make contact with the service center who was supposed to do my transfer of ownership.

If I have to re-apply for this again it would be my THIRD time I attempt to do so and would rather consider changing my service provider !
Best regards,
