application declines

3 time applying for 3 oof my contracts to be transferred over to my name from my dads account evrytime decline because i dont meet vodacoms minimum criteria. I asked for a credit score and report. Which is Low Risk and all my accounts are paid up toe date? Whats up with vodacoms. If you dont want to help me i will wait until contract expires and move over to a different network that will give me a contract
