APPLE RECALL = *********** VODACOM

I have recently handed my Apple iPhone 6 plus in for repairs to Vodacom due to the camera damage that was caused by a software upgrade. Keeping in mind that I handed in my device with a letter from Apple stating that my handset is part of the Apple recall, Vodacom have informed me that because there is a slight crack on my screen they are unable to repair the handset and I must pay in over R5k for a replacement. After being told that I received a quote that I must accept(I never received anything) I absolutely refused to comply with Vodacom and their \Every customer is the same"attitude. I have been told to email escalations cause I'm not happy. Conveniently they have no contact number"
