Appealing service

You guys have turned into a messaging department of sort as you are very quick to send a text message and yes your sales department sent me an sms advising me that my contract has been cancelled as per my request......my request how and where and how they got hold of that request without speaking to me is still a mystery. I am utterly appalled.
