Appaulling customer service with Vodacom.

<p>I repeatedly have <strong>the most disgusting</strong> customer experiences with Vodacom.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to upgrade my contract since the 21st December, and still, am having issues with actually getting my phone dispatched three weeks later. I keep having to call to follow up, I then get told I will be called back in a few minutes and the next morning I have to call back to find out further information and the entire story has changed again.</p> <p>I find it so hard to believe that when I ask about customer service the man on the line (a manager) says we are just sales and not customer service. <strong>Customer service in an ethos and not a department.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>I then get told I have to cancel my entire upgrade and start the whole process again as they cannot update my address details!!! When I say I may as well cancel my contract and move to MTN - the manager gives me the cancellation number! Not once does he say let me try and sort this out for you. Not once did anyone bother to call me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>It's an absolute disgrace.</p> <p> </p>
