Appauling,Disgusting Customer services

WOW!!!! i am completely shocked at the level of service, or should i say lack of service i have received from Vodashop (Sandton Mandela Square). Not only is the staff absolutely rude, but they could not careless to even offer assistance. The funny thing though, is that every single person that came into the store after i was there already, was helped. When i bring this to their attention, they give me a lame excuse insinuating that i must be deaf. I am shocked beyond belief and i am seriously comtemplating changing networks
