APPAULING SERVICE - VODACOM ONLINE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Appauling service from Vodacom. i tried to get a new contract line and devise. its been over a week now, my order was confirmed after week of me trying to do this with them by calling customer service and being placed on hold for over 30 mins, then id be transferred to another department and be placed on hold again. today i finally realised theres an online chat, i used that, the guy called me and tells me my order is placed on back order (meaning there is no stock!) no one called, no sms, nothing to tell me this. i have been without a phone for over a week because im waiting for an *********** service provider to get back to me. i have been with VOdacom for over 11 years and after this type of service im sorry but im switching to anothe rprovider. I am so disappointed as I have been loyal to Vodacom for all these years (in fact i have never been with another provider).
