Appauling service from Vodacom - the worst ever!!!

I have never received such an appauling service as I have with Vodacom. I ordered a laptop from vodacom via a contract in May, it stopped working during my 2nd week of using it. I then finally got through to the aftersales department after rude encounters with the repair salesperson who told me to contact the manufacturer because Vodacom doesn't fix laptops.

So for the past 2 months I have been calling aftersales department who are supposed to be arranging with Ram to come and collect the laptop so that the contract ( which I'm paying) can be cancelled. The call centre staff is so rude, I'm starting to think that being rude is about the only thing they can do right because as for service delivery...disgusting.
