Appauling service

I have not received invoices, statements and detailed billing (which I am charged for) for two months. I then receive a call on 18/08/2016 to say that my account is in arrears. I then get sent a summary type statement which I duly pay on 17/08/2016. On that same day, I receive a phone call from Vodacom to say my account is in arrears to which I reply that I have paid. Upon request I send the proof of payment to ********** and receive a "read receipt"back via e-mail. Not 20 minutes later I received an sms to say that my account had been suspended. I have subsequently sent my proof of payment six times, including to a Anda Bongoza. He responded on 18/08/2016 to say he had received the e-mail and that my line would be unlocked within 2-5 hours. It is now 10.01 on 19/08/2016 and I still have not been unblocked. I cannot believe it has taken the mighty Vodacom 3 whole days to trace, allocate and unlock an account. I cant help but wonder if I am not the only person to experience this appauling service.
