Appauling service

Good day

I'm so upset with the service im receiving from vodacom...on the 24th of may i received a text saying my phone has been reported ****** and a bar has been placed on the phone with this happening fradulent activity took place money was withdrawn from my bank account i was unable to call vodacom from my device on the 25th i went into vodacom store where i was advised they cannot assisted me because im a prepaid customer i need to speak to customer services i called customer services from another vodacom number advisor removed bar advised it will be escalated and id get a call back no1 called back because i work in a call centre myself i can keep calling them the 28th of may i called again was advised that if they bar my phone they dont need to do a security check but do it when they remove the bar?? like how do they know its even me the customer requesting to get the bar placed on my phone spoke to a manager mpho who gave the worst service ever kept on speaking over me said yet again it will be escalated again no call back called again on the 31st wanting answers spoke to a lovely lady that was very helpful tried helping yet again was told it needs to be escalated still awaiting call back called yesterday the 8th was then told that all they can do is flag my number that no1 can access my account if calling customer services like really?i refused that option!!was advises i need to get forms from the vodacom store that i need to fax to them and they will get back to me..i feel that vodacom has let me down by letting a ********* access my account!!and they think that i must be happy by letting them flag my number so no1 can be able to access my account b calling customer services i feel they need to get their security process checked ...want this to be seen by the CEO of vodacom
