Appauling non-existant after sales service

<p>The battery on my 11 month old Lumia 640LTE phone blew. Think you can get one in RSA? 21 telephone calls, two days on countless web sites and IM with someone in Europe and then again in India proves this almost impossible! Since Vodacom sell these phones and Microsoft is otherwise easily available in RSA, why aren't spares / accessories available? After 15 years with Nokia I think it's time is past done.</p>
