Appauling customer service and resolution of disputes, even by their own pathetic standards!

Where to even begin!

My contract ended at the end of September 2016. I did not take an upgrade and it is continuing on a month-to-month basis. As a result, the handset installment should have fallen away. Natuarally, it did not.

I have continued being debited for the handset installment since September 2016. I have lost count of how many times I have called Vodacom since then, simply to remove the handset installment from my account and to be refunded the amounts debited.

It has literally been months of me trying to resolve this incredibly simple issue, but to no avail. I am shoved from pillar to post, with nobody willing to take responsibility for the issue - as I've come to expect from Vodacom.

If you are considering joining the Vodacom network, I highly advise against it. I've genuinely never experienced such an unbelivebale level of inefficiency - and I come from Zimbabwe so believe me, I'm well versed in it. I still cannot fathom how such a simple issue can be so exceedingly difficult to resolve.

Vodacom, I promise you, your days are numbered! People won't be forced to settle for you forever.
