Appauled !!!

I have just received a call from Vodacom from one of their telesales call centres (+***) to speak to my Mom who passed away on the 17th March 2015 - When I asked Steven) where did he get my mothers name from. Steven (I am sure **** about his name ) said I had put my mom down as a reference for my mobile number ! I have never put my mom down as a reference as she could not speak English - I would like Vodacom to produce the document where I have put my moms name down as a reference ! I AM APPAULED WITH VODACOM !
