Apparently 10-14 working days means 21-infinity!

My phone has been in for a month now. They called me Wednesday and never again. The employee from Menlyn Repair told me he would call me back the next day - which they didn't. Tomorrow it would have been more than a month that they have had my phone and I was was told 10-14 working days? They also cant tell me what the excess is or anything???<br> <br> So no, the matter is not handled because I am still without a phone!!!!
