Appalling Vodacom

I am a loyal Vodacom customer who pays bills on time however when I went into Game to open up a new contract as they had a great special on there tabs for R100 per month I was told that I have a \low profile"and I do not qualify then they had asked me if I was interested in another contract which was R200 per month which they said I qualify for. How is this even possible ??? Is Vodacom asking retail stores to push sales and make there customers unhappy ??? Because I have been with Vodacom for more then 2 years I even had a Vodacom consultant call me telling me if I didn't upgrade that's ok but I could still get my normal airtime for a discounted price which I was very happy with and now this ... I am very dissapointed and unhappy . Never expected this kind of feedback from Vodacom through a sales consultant from Game. """
