Appalling telemarketing tactics

I had the most appalling experience with one of your telemarketers by the name of Claude. Firstly, I find it pathetic that you train these people to regurgitate the so-called terms and conditions at the speed of light, and then try to force customers to accept them without first providing them in writing. In addition, this particular individual was abominably rude and put the phone down in my ear. This is extremely unprofessional.

In future, if you have any special offers to make, please send this to me in writing by email. I really do not appreciate "cold calling"-I can't believe you are still using this tactic.
