Appalling service provider

I am appalled by the service i receive from Vodacom. A customer of 20 years + and this is how you treat your customers. There customer care, legal department and accounts department (appalling service). They promise to call you back and nothing...... How is this company still in business and they course so much havoc in there customers lives. Endless problems and no apologies in sight.
