Appalling service from Vodacom. Rather go elsewhere for your cellphone contract!!!

Vodacom refuse to cancel my contract despite me giving 30 days notice and the contract being at the end of the term (already in 2019). They insist I wait 60 days! Empty promise after empty promise from call center staff (and no reference number available for your call!) and staff in store don't deal cancellations! Avoid vodacom at all costs, rather take your business elsewhere.
