Appalling service from Vodacom after ******* upgrade

An ******* upgrade was done on our business account on two numbers September 2017. It took Vodacom a year to get this reversed and the numbers cancelled. However, I got billed for these two numbers every month from September 2017 while I battled with Vodacom to get this sorted out. Now I am battling to get my refund from Vodacom. I have sent several emails to the ***** department but no response on what is going on. Just that the case has been closed. There is no contact number to phone on the return emails with just a reference number EC-1KUB-2EX2P0. Only one of many reference numbers I received while trying to get this sorted! "My concern is their priority." Seriously? I will not upgrade any of my existing numbers in future and will cancel every number with Vodacom! This is the service we get after being with Vodacom since they started the company!

Still not been contacted by a consultant. Frankly I do not want to explain myself again! I have done so several (too many) times. The ******* upgrades were reversed and the numbers then cancelled as per my instruction. I just want my refund! Pay back the money! And you can leave your automated responses!
