Appalling service from Vodacom

I must say I am extremely disappointed and appalled with the poor service I have received from Vodacom. About a month ago they booked my phone in for repairs. I got notified when it was ready to be collected and when I got it, it was in a worse condition resulting in the phone going back for more than 8weeks in total. This isn't the first time this has happened and what makes it worse is how they refuse to take ownership of they're wrong doing. With such horrible service I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to join Vodacom.
