appalling service from Vodacom

I have experienced the worst service ever, Vodacom is the most disgusting service provider I’ve evr had to deal with. On the 6th of December 2018 , I took my Iphone 6S for repairs at Vodacom East gate fixing centre. I gave the phone to Tebogo at the fixing centre and signed what I assumed at the time were relevant documents. He further advised the turnaround time to have the phone fixed is 3 working days, needless to say a month later I still have no phone. On the 10th of December 2018 I followed up with the Vodacom insurance department and was advised that I should go to the store the phone has been returned there and I would also need to pay the access fee. On 14th of December 2018 I then went to the store and spoke to Tebogo again, who advised the insurance has approved repairs of the phone and I will receive a call back once the phone has arrived. This was a mind **** for me as I did not understand how insurance says I must collect the phone and the store says insurance will call me. On the 18th I continued to follow up despite the fact that we are way past the turnaround time given by Tebogo of 3 working days. I spoke to Dineo at Vodacom Head office who advised that my phone was with the couriers and advise it will arrive on the same day which is the 18th at the store. I then received ABSOLUTELY zero communication from Vodacom as whole. On the 2nd of January 2019 I followed up again with the Head office and spoke to Sibusisiwe Cele who told me to call the store because the phone has been sent back to East gate. I called the store and spoke Philadie who referred me to Winnie Motaung, who then advised the phone is still with head office and the job number/reference number has been changed from the original number that I had been given by Tebogo ref ********** 7 to ref ********** 1 note this is another mind **** as to how my references are changed without informing me. Winnie referred me back to the Head office, the lack of accountability from Vodacom is appalling as I am now being sent from pillar to post. I proceeded to call Head office once again and spoke to Sibusisiwe Cele again who advised that Winnie just sent the quotation forms for the access fee after i had spoken to her on the phone. She further advised she could not pick up the change in the reference numbers. I do not understand the lack of accountability, incompetence, lack of customer service and laziness that Vodacom as a company has adopted as a brand. VODACOM KWEDINI NDIFUNA IPHONE YAMI ANDIYIFEBANGA LEYO iPhone 6S
