Appalling service from Mphumi!!!!

Called in to inquiry about my data usage and why this was being depleted at an alarming rate. Got through to Mphumi (could be spealt differently) explained I’ve switched off apps and yet my data is being depleted in a matter of minutes from loading it. She then asked for some information obviously to troubleshoot and her first question was what mobile device I have which confirmed was an iPhone 7. she then asked if she could direct me to a iStore and I asked what for? Her response was to check my settings on my device and I asked why I needed to do this when I have a data query? She then got argumentative and when i asked for her full name she dropped the call on me.?!! Now here’s what’s going to happen, firstly, someone is going to pull this call between Mphumi and I and I want this call reviewed and action taken. Secondly, if this is not done I will escalate this to Shameel Joosub and if I am still not satisfied with the outcome i will raise a TCF complaint.
