Appalling service delivery and inadequate staff of Vodacom

I had a refund due to since last year October that third party,Mondo paid to Vodacom. As a loyal customer for 14 years, I'm appalled with no customer service or individuals not doing their job like team leaders. I will never use Vodacom again. I've given direct instructions yet the buck gets passed on their third party which is no choice of the client.
