Appalling Service Delivery!

Placed an order for upgrade online on 22 September 2023, after a week of no feedback, I called, they said it was out of stock and on back order, I called a few days later, they mentioned they have received the stock and it is being allocated, on 13 October I called again and was told that it was still out of stock, I then requested it to be swapped and changed for another order, which is in stock, was told I would be getting it within a few days. Today I called roughly 5 times and still waiting for feedback, as there is no ETA on the replacement order, which was supposed to be in stock? This laptop was supposed to have been here already, I have a business that cannot operate due to a lack of service, communication and solutions that is not forthcoming from Vodacom, as it is promised! Lack of Service Delivery does not deserve a rating, as there is none!!
