Appalling service at Vodacom franchise shop

<p>The Vodacom 4U shop in Cavendish, Cape Town is the most useless and rude store I have ever encountered. The one supervisor (I know her name, but do not feel I want to name and shame as I have sent it through to Vodacom, awaiting response) in particular is rude and ineffectial. She had no idea what she was doing and as a result wasted my entire Sunday, as she did not know how to process a simple sim swap. And when I questioned her she refused to help me, her attitude was appalling. She represents the Vodacom brand so by default Vodacom needs to deal with the situation - she and that store are giving Vodacom a terrible name. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would reccommend anyone needing instore Vodacom assistance stay far away from this shop. </p>
