Appalling Service and Practices

I'm Realy appauled by the way certain service consultants treat customers. Like you are not even worth a shred of their time and patience and also the ************** that Vodacom has now implemented called profile scoreing. You don't get to buy their PS5 on credit as an add on if you are a new costumer, you now need to somehow proof yourself worthy of their products. Like a R380 rand add on is worth treating your customers with such discust and hostility. I'm sick to my stomach thinking the way I was humiliated there today. Just because we don't have a 700 profile. You are telling me that someone who pays off a car loan and has sereral loans, now doesn't qualify for your rediculous criteria. You should be ashamed of depriving willing and paying consumers of a product just because they are new. I'm disgusted realy. I have never in my life felt so humiliated and then I was trying to buy one of your products at a profit to Vodacom. Let's face it you make allot of money off of costumers and now all of the sudden we are not good enough. We would rather pay cash to willing retailers or use service providers that are competent. Vodacom won't see me or any of my family members soon. That you can be sure off.
