Appalling service

Dear Vodacom
Im writing to you to convey my utter dismay regarding the service I
have been receiving from “Vodacom”.
I inquired at your Forest Hill branch(5km from where I live) what
devices I can upgrade too, and was very vaguely shown two models of
phones I absolutely had no interest in. Without been asked / offered
anything else or establishing my need I was left . Clearly that must
be your top performing store in the country as they do not need sales
or customers for that matter…
I thought let me try my luck at your Centurion mall branch as its
close to work and yes to my surprise much better service from
Kevin(Hope I got it right). This was on Friday 21/07. He clearly
explained the devices I inquired about as well as different packages.
However upon my return the following day 22/07 the latter all went
down the drain. Upon my arrival i was welcomed “ back” by the indian
guy manning the front door. I requested to see Kevin again as he
helped me the previous day. He insisted I need not take a ticket as I
might end up with some else…I waited for over 25 min then I decided to
forget Kevin as he continuously called other customers. I took onus
upon myself and took a ticket and waited. Not Long before a lady
called my number. Told her what I wanted as I knew what I was there
for.
She took my id, made a copy completed forms and I sure as hell thought
id be on my way soon… After been told numerous times about system
problems , her been back and forth between back(dunno what she was
doing) and myself , I continuously heard about this system problem…
She eventually went back again and fetch both the devices that I was
supposed to get….I almost jumped for joy!!!!
Eventually after been there for more than an hour I was told sorry
you won’t be getting the devices or upgrading for that matter…. I
requested to see the manager to took he’s time to come with he’s ****y
attitude.
“ He apologised but there’s nothing he can do”….Had he’s apology been
sincere I think I would have accepted it, but he was in to much a
hurry to go and do more important issues at the back. That’s Mr
Carlos the manager for you!!!
I Requested my id copy from the lady that assisted me, she asked if
she could call me on Monday(are you guys not open on a Sunday?). I
told her please do not even bother.
Today I thought let me try and call , to do do the upgrade
telephonically. Got through to Msidiseng…Did the upgrade , confirmed
Eta as well as delivery address…
Received an sms afterwards with order number ********** ********** 3…. After
ten minutes Msidiseng call me back to let me know that the blue color
I requested is not available. I mean seriously…This is like ***…
Can't a blue color be picked from a Vodacom outlet that has one(that's
a no brainer) Tip the lady from Centurion mall had a blue one..
Now , I need you as Vodacom to tell me what should I do? I Have a
Vodacom contract(I intend on renewing) my wife have 2 contracts and my
son uses Vodacom as well.
Should I just cut all ties and move elsewhere?
Im not done!!!On Friday the 21st when I was there , whilst I was busy
with Kevin my wife went to the technician counter for assistance with
a tablet she took on one of her contracts… My son’s having some log in
problems.
The girl helping her insisted she bring the proof of
purchase(emphasizing she want the slip) and my wife telling her she
only have the contact agreement. Don’t know if this girl think the
tablet is ****** or what. Or shes just plain stupid....
Do Vodacom give slip’s or contract agreements? Tablet was taken anyway
my wife give a copy of page she filled in and was told “ I dunno if
Vodacom will assist because you don’t have the slip. Seriously…***
Please Vodacom I escalate my problem to you , hoping you will resolve it.

I pasted my initail mail here that i never got a response from!!!!!
