Appalling service

<p>Vodacom is by far the most expensive network in the country and theirconsultants give the most horrible service ever. I loaded airtime last night and been buying promotional data, made sure that my phone setting were adjusted so that I don't run out of data nor airtime and guess what?, a few minutes later everything was gone. Called the call center and their so called consultant couldn't even explain what happened. Now I understand why people are ditching this network. It's way beyond ****py. Now I have to rate it with a star that it doesn't even deserve,nxa!!!</p>
