I phoned the Vodacom call centre on the 23rd August 2016 to request the proof of purchase/Contract for my phone which is required to get it repaired at Samsung. I was told that it would be emailed to me within 48 hours. I thought to myself that this is a ridiculous turn around time to email something, however, I accepted.

When I still had not received it on the 29th August 2016, I phoned the call centre to enquire on the progress. I was told that it would only be emailed to me on the 1st September 2016, the lady said I was given the incorrect information, it actually takes longer than 48 hours. When I complained about this, she proceeded to transfer me to a radom department that has nothing to do with emailing contracts.

I still do not have my phone because Vodacom are have not sent me my proof of payment/contract. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received.

My reference number is S3-G3B3V-VQM25.
