Appalling service

<p>I'm appalled by the service I received today from vodacom employees. I called the get something as simple as international calling activated on my number as I needed to make an urgent call. I spoke to 4 advisers that firstly could not understand a difference between roaming and international calling, secondly the advisers we rude and lastly 2 out of the 4 agents hung up on me. My issue is still not resolved and I'm very disappointed</p>
