Appalling Service

My contract cell number is ********** 608 I am not well as I have had such horrifying and shocking experience with Vodacom these past few days. • I upgraded on line on the 30 of April was promised my phone on either the Monday 6 or the Tuesday 7 of May. • Phone got to Durban on Tuesday the 7 of May but to the wrong address, I was asked to change the address with Vodacom by RAM of which I did and still the confirmation of change of address was not sent by Vodacom to RAM • On Thurdsday the 9 of May I then proceeded to call RAM to find out why they still have not delivered my phone. They informed me that Vodacom still has not issued them with the change of address. • At 9:20 am I then again proceed to call 082135 spoke to a gentlemen where I asked to be transferred to the floor manager of which I was told she was at a meeting but then was promised that she will get back to me by 11:00 • By 12:30 still no call from Vodacom and then I proceeded to call then again and asked to talk to Christina the floor manager, she was not patient with me and then tried to call me whilst I was still holding to act as if she had tried to reach me. • Our conversation was not pleasant but she promised to help. • By 1:20pm I got a call from a person from Vodacom who was verifying the address I wanted the phone to be delivered to. I confirmed.. • By 2:30 I received a call from RAM lady who was still insisted that Vodacom has not issued them with the new address. • At 3:45 I called Vodacom again spoke to Sindy then told her of my dilemma and then asked to speak to the floor manager Christina. I was put on hold for 30 minutes then after my call was cut. • I am very angry as we speak I don’t have a phone and have been a loyal customer for Vodacom for more than 10 years and this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and need those ladies dealt with before I send all of this on social media and I hope I will hear from someone within this next hour.
