Appalling Service

Vodamail has been giving me issues when it comes to attaching documents to mails being sent out. l call the customer care and having spoke to Zanele was informed l could not be transferred to a technician. Instead a request would be made and the technician would revert back to me in 2-48hrs. In this era instant communication how does my business survive if technical support is not available at run time to assist. l have been using this mail for more than a decade.

This is appalling....
