Appalling service
As a first time contract subscriber I am rather appalled by the service provided by Vodacom. Not only are they sloppy when it comes to the service of their consultants, but they make their incompetence your problem. You provide them with your details for them to deduct funds from your account, they don’t stick to their word, then they have the audacity to charge you an extra penalty fee for their mistake. If I need to get a legal consultant to assist me with this horrid service provider I will. Do something and fast, your service is probably one of the worst in the country.
