APPALLING SERVICE

Yet again I need to complain about the appalling service I have received. Apparently it is acceptable for employees of Vodacom to lie to customers. I upgraded my cellphone in July this year and I was supposed to get a talkband with the phone. However, I kept getting told that it is Huawei that does not have stock and Vodacom cannot help me, even though they are the ones who advertised this deal. I never get feedback from anyone regarding what is going on. I have to phone and enquire and all I get is broken promises. I have been dealing with Douw at the Vodacom Shop Loch Logan Waterfront. Last week i was told the shipment had arrived at the warehouse and would be here by no later than today. I was told to phone (lovely customer service) to remind Douw that I need to get one. I phoned him today several times as he was continuously out. When I eventually got hold of him I was just told he doesnt have them and the shipment now all of a sudden hasnt arrived at the warehouse. HOW MUCH MORE MUST I TAKE? This employee is ***********, rude and arrogant. I refuse to deal further with him. I would appreciate it if someone who actually knows what they are doing could help me.
