Appalling fibre customer service from Vodacom
Absolutely shocking service delivery from Vodacom Fibre Suuport. My fibre service at home has been down since Tuesday morning. Reported it on Tuesday & received ref nr. Ever since it has "been escelated" numerous times within Vodacom according to them, but still not fixed. Appallingly customer service!
