Appalling Experience form Cellucity and Vodacom

I took a contract on Dec 30 2021, I paid plus minus R3000 upfront and the agreement was that I'd get a discount, 1. Each month I must phone to let them knw that the discount was not added. 2. They always try to debit the original amount of the contract, not taking to consideration that I paid upfront. 3. Each month they promise that the issue is resolved but they always try to debit more than they should, 4. The banking details they debit from is not the same that I get my salty from, I always transfer the agreed amount into that account, it bounces each month because they always try to debit more, messing up my credit profile, it has been exactly 5 months trying to solve the same iss, I am tired, the amount we agreed on was 4248,99, not R380,00

I have gotten to a point where I hated the phone that I once liked. If this issue is not resolved I would have to return your phone and you you would need to give me my money back, I signed a contract for a reason and you are not adhering to the terms and conditions of my signed contract,

What happens now when it's the service provider that is breaching the contract.

Please resolve this

Dear Customer,

Thank you for the time and effort taken to voice your dissatisfaction to our office. It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation.

Our records indicate that you were in contact with our customer care call centre. Based on the feedback provided, our team advised that the R80 discount is loaded on your statement on a monthly basis. Our team also explained about the increase in subscription due to our price increase.

Cost increases are unavoidable across all industries, but, we are committed to minimizing this financial impact on you while keeping you connected to the people and things that matter most. Over the past three years, Vodacom has absorbed all inflationary costs and as a result, we helped buffer our customers from telco price increases. As we move forward with 2022 and continue to provide a quality service, we are keeping costs as low as possible and capping our subscription price increase at 5.2%

Dear Vodacom

This explanation is making me angry because no one explained that to me when I took the contract, why dou you increase the contract by a whole R20, when I took the contract I knew I could only afford R248,99, that is why I was happy paying R2880 upfront, to minimise my monthly payment.

My contract was not adjusted by nothing, why is my bill for June R507?

Please explain this

Your next Vodacom debit order (R502.73) is on 2022/06/27. Manage your account with TOBi, reply Acc or click http://voda.com/manageacc

When I spoke to Vincent he told me my account was fixed I will be paying R248,99 and a few days later I am told that my contract increased, how does a contract increase when you signed on the dotted lines for R248,98? How? I am soo sick right now, I feel like nauseating, you Know initially I was angry, now I am sick, who pays R350 a month for a second hand phone, that has a problem with a battery? I am tired.
