Appalling, disappointing Vodacom

Vodacom never ceases to disappoint me. I a request a premature cancellation quote on one of my numbers and I was guaranteed that an sms and an email would be sent. Alas! An sms without cancellation details was sent. The email with cancellation details was not sent. I am glad I am terminating my contracts with Vodacom 1 by 1. In no time, I will no longer be a Vodacom client and thus not endure their appalling service.
