Appalling customer service
I lodged a complaint last Thursday or so against this organisation. Guess what, I am yet to be contacted and my view of the VODACOM brand is surely deteriorating. In case they forget, there are Brands out there that need our support. But hey what did I expect from the brand that has stalled paying someone for his invention/creativity.
