Appalling customer service

The service provided at the vodacom contact center is appalling, I will be posting all the names of all the representatives I've interacted with over the past three months and my refund has not been paid back as yet, one consultant had the guts to even tell me that the reason they do delay to process clients requests is because they want to earn commissions! At who's cost?

What actually lead me to even review the disgusting service I've received from vodacom is Linda who threatened to drop the call on me and did so as she had promised. During the conversation I expressed how frustrated I was with this whole experience of getting my refund, instead of handling the issue as trained before talking to someone who's a consumer she decided to play God. All I want is my money, which is due to me. I will never ever make the mistake of purchasing an item with vodacom via their call center.
