Appalling customer care service

I left for overseas on 21 September. I have an overseas sim card which I inserted when I landed . I used my Vodacom sim card once in October to receive an sms from ABSA for which I was charged, I think, 76 cents. I did not use my Vodacom sim card again until I returned to South Africa on 31 December. I was not charged for any further roaming charges either in October or November. To my dismay, I was charged for roaming calls and sms's during the month of December. I queried the charges at Vodacom in Menlyn Pretoria, explaining that I had not used my sim card at all but was informed that: \The charges occurred before the client took out the sim out of the phone". There was obviously no attempt at trying to solve the problem. I indicated that I was dissatisfied with the response and was told to phone customer services on 082 111. The service I received from Tebogo at customer care was appalling. After I explained what had occurred"
