Appalled by "no-service" from Vodacom

I have had the most horrible experience with the Vodacom shop in Sandton City (banking mall). I had a house break-in beginning September 2018 where my technical devices were ******. So I had to then take out a new contract phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 9) at my "Vodacom" shop. They told me that they did not have the accessories that went with the contract due to a backlog from Samsung and would notify me when they get stock. After two weeks of not hearing from them I went into the store to be told they still have not received stock. After not hearing anything from them after another two weeks I did two follow up calls and got not positive feedback. A month ago my husband and I went into the shop again to do a follow up. The shop was about to undergo a renovation and the "store owner" was around. He took down my details and advised he would personally give me a call within a week and advise when I would get my accessories for the phone. To date I have not received a telephone call, email or sms to advise what is happening. This is by far the worst service I have received from Vodacom ever!! I then called the "CUSTOMER CARE" line.....what a joke. The agent answers the line whilst talking to her colleague. I was not even sure where the call had landed. She confirmed it was the Vodacom line and I asked her is that how they address customer calls. She then told me she was speaking to her friend before I called...ARE YOU SERIOUS VODACOM!!!!!! Is this your idea of customer service where every company is fighting to lead and be the best and this is where you are at????? Needless to say my call was put on hold for quite a while as I did not feel comfortable to lodge my complaint with your staff. I eventually hung up and surprise, surprise..she called me back with her "senior". The "senior" Brenton Joseph Matthews then has a whisper of a conversation with the agent whilst I was on the line. The agent says he must take the call and speak to me as I am complaining and Mr Matthews wants to know what do I want...I can clearly hear this conversation in the background...and I am supposed to lay my complaint with someone who does not want to take my call...My word....I have never been so disturbed by "non-service delivery"!!!!!!
