Appalled
I am appalled at the service I have NOT received from this supposed reputable establishment.. I have called Vodacom numerous times to no avail.. They have been debiting my account for months and over charging me.. But it I were to decide to not pay my phone bill.. My account would be suspended.. I have warned them that I would go this route.. And even so I have had no joy.. Next step is the ombudsman.. Thank you for nothing
