Appaling service Vodacom
It's been months now and I am still waiting for feedback and a refund on my vodacom account.
I quickly get a call after posting a review on hello peter, but nothing gets done. I am fed-up with this company. The service has been appalling.
Please can you pay my refund

I am still waiting for my full refund. I was refunded R1133.51 instead of R1600 and something. Why has this happened and why must I continuously fight for this account to be corrected?
I cannot believe the service after being a client for the past 20 years.
