App gets stuck on MANAGE LINES

Hi Vodacom

Your service is always excellent. But I cant use my app fully. I have three connected lines and when I click on VIEW ALL and then MANAGE LINES the app gets stuck on MANAGE LINES and the little red thingy just goes round and round. Of course Tobi gets stuck as well and is of no help at all so I dont know where else to go except for phoning and going through that list. I have updated the app, still the same. I would like to have access to all my accounts, not just the one I am stuck on now. Please help
