<p> To whom it may concern. </p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I don't even know where to begin. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 1st of December I played your play every day game, it landed on the grand prize and nothing happened. So I screenshotted and then contacted vodacom via to complain about why I didn't win the grand prize, vodacom then advised me to contact the vodacom support and give them my details so they can contact me and assist me, back and forth between vodacom support, cause they didn't phone me and every time I ask them when they going to call me, they have an excuse - either my line is dead or busy .. which is impossible cause I don't get call during the day while I am at work. So today, one of my colleagues at work asked me about it cause she heard the ad on East Coast radio, so I go and show her , hit the play button, it does it thing - lands again on the grand prize and then 2 seconds later - oops tech glitch! (I have the screen shot for this aswell). This is so unacceptable and unfair vodacom, I want my prizes I have won. </p>
