APN Application for business not delivered

Vodacom personnel referred us to Alisom communication over a month ago to get an APN application done , this is from the 17th of July, we are in september, and our company we still have nothing, and no one from vodacom nor from Alisom communications can tell us an ETA. The answers we keep getting from both is that they'll find out what is happening with our application and get back to us the next day - this is the answer we've been getting everyday since wednesday and now that we are going into a weekend, we got an answer saying - they'll get back to us on monday. Needless to say, the next day, no one actually bothers contacting us, instead we contact them in the afternoon and they answer us towards the end of the day. <br> <br> We keep asking why we where referred to a service provider and why vodacom couldn't handle it themselves - and guess what - no one answers us on that either. we still want to find out if we\ll ever get an APN done for us or not - this is starting to be "days of our lives\"" with a never ending story."""
